Installation instructions for stainless steel hook #05:
1.1 Open the Spanish tiles, as picture 1 shows.
1.2 Find the position of the main beam of the roof and mark it with a line above the main beam, as picture 2 shows.
1.3 Put the stainless steel hook #05 on the installation position of the marking, and drill holes on the main beam with an electric drill according to the hole position on the hook, as picture 3 shows.
The effect after drilling as picture 4 shows.
1.4 Apply sealant to the drilling position of the main beam, as picture 5 shows.
1.5 Put the stainless steel hook #05 on the main beam, align the holes with the drilled holes, and fix the hook on the main beam with wood screws, as picture 6 shows.
After fixing as picture 7 shows.
1.6 The effect after installing the stainless steel hook #05 and covering the tiles as picture 8 shows. The upper part of the stainless steel hook #05 is exposed outside the tiles.
1.7 Install the rail on the stainless steel hook #05 with M8*25 bolts. as picture 9 shows.
1.8 Effect after installation
